I am a father first.
Before the work.
Before the brand.
Before any title anyone could give me.
For a long time, I believed being a good father meant carrying everything quietly. Providing. Protecting. Enduring.
What I didn't understand then was this:
My children didn't just need me strong.
They needed me steady.
That realization changed everything.
Not overnight.
Not dramatically.
Steadily.
I stopped trying to absorb everything.
I started learning how to regulate it.
Breathing instead of escalating.
Pausing instead of proving a point.
This work exists because I learned that showing up better at home starts long before the moment you walk through the door.
This isn't about perfection.
It's about return.
Again and again.
This isn't about being perfect.
It's about learning how to come back.
Again and again.
